We will then contact you to schedule an  interview.  During the interview we will discuss your fitness and health goals and put you through some basic strength and mobility tests.

We will then discuss which will work best for you, personal coaching or the the bootcamp.

You may need or desire the personal attention from a Coach. Some need this to keep motivated, others to help with form in order to be ready for group classes.

For others, the bootcamp may be the answer to get you ready for the regular group classes.

Our goal is to get you fit as safely and effectively as possible.
